How to change taskbar height-/ make tray arrow square?

Hi, i did somehow archieve to chaneg the theme. It looks now better than any windows 11 i did see so far. It features a Classic shell startmenu and a theme that is neither XP nor original 11 while blending better with 11 than the default xp skins.

Now i do have two question: the taskbar tray notification arrow is rounded )=. It should be square and the taskbar height could be a litlle bit more. How do i make that?
