RetroBar Error 'Culture'

I'm currently on the x64 build. This wasn't happening on the previous builds.

Does this only happen with the “show input language” option enabled?

I have enabled the input language selector and sometimes this error happens to me as well.

RetroBar_1.15.37+misc0.zip ~~It shouldn't crash, since it uses a positive number for culture in GetCultureInfo().~~ Keeps crashing? It seems to be something to do with the console handle, as it is not using the right one.

I have found that it always happens when I change the input language and switch the focus to the window with admin rights (cmd.exe for example).

Sorry for late response, but yes. Doesn't happen on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate though.

This error always happens whenever I open up cmd.exe for the first time. If I ask it not to restart, it doesn't appear again for the rest of the session.

Can also confirm it only happens with the input language display on.
