It doesn't open the clock flyout, it opens the notifications flyout

Is this intended behavior? I keep pressing it to open the clock/calendar and the notifications show up (windows 10, using explorer patcher as well). I noticed that on windows 11, the calendar/clock stuff is all bundled together with the notifications... So, if makes more sense there I guess... the new fly-outs are really annoying in modern Windows.
