No start icon on other displays

i got a second monitor today, and i noticed that there is no start icon on the second monitor. is that supposed to be like that?

Bump, i would like to see the start button on all screens. Maybe make it a settings option

I implemented this, but whilst I can get it to display the Start button (and tray) on the other monitor(s), the start menu doesn't open in the correct place. Given how the ManagedShell library opens the start menu (using shortcut keys), I'm a little confused on why, and am unsure if it can be fixed (at least by me)

Edit: I should note - this is from my local copy, not actually in any released version
