[Request] Windows Vista taskbar skin (start orb inside, not peeking out)

Title says it all really. There should be a variant of the Vista skin that has a sunken start orb.

The existing Vista themes use the sunken orb when the taskbar size fits the entire orb (currently that is when it is on the left or the right side of the screen).

Is there another situation that the sunken orb was used in Vista, or is the request for something that did not exist in Vista?

I remember by default the Vista Taskbar as in small icons mode and the orb extended beyond the taskbar. It was in 7 that the large icons mode was default
