Classic Battery Flyout + Classic Volume Control show incorrectly + slight problem with Balloon Tooltips

Edit: The Classic Volume Control is also affected, but both show wrong only when having a maximized window, its random which window causes this.

The Classic Battery Flyout shows in the up-left corner of the screen instead of showing around the notification area icons. (Classic) Balloon Tooltips shows in the right area, almost the icon of the app that generates the tooltip doesn't show up when the tooltip appears
