Discord is not appearing on Alt-Tab interface if launched from tray

If Discord is minimized to tray and RetroBar is working, launching Discord from tray causes Discord to not appear on Alt-Tab or Win-Tab interfaces.

With restarting Discord and not to minimize to tray, it reappears in Alt-Tab interfaces, but when minimized it does not appear again.

This could be a issue with Discord itself, since I could not find another program that does this. I tried some Electron based programs too, but from the ones I tried such as VS Code or Monolith Code does not replicate this issue.

I just wanted to chime in to say... this problem still persists! After almost two years, and Discord still doesn't show up in Alt+Tab/Task View if launched from the RetroBar taskbar icon. Is it a fundamental problem that cannot be solved?
