Start menu sometimes doesn't pop up correctly with dual monitors + Open Shell

Hey, so sorry if this has been addressed before. I'm running Windows 10 on a ThinkPad T440p with the Ultra dock (two monitors connected to it - an old Dell LCD monitor thru DVI and a Cintiq 16 thru HDMI). I'm using Open Shell in conjunction with RetroBar - when the laptop isn't docked and only works off the one screen, the start menu works fine, but when it's docked and connected to the two displays (specifically with the Dell as the main display), sometimes the start menu looks like it's either popping up to the left of the screen or the start menu is barely sizing up at all. Here's a picture of what I mean: image You can kiiiinda see something on the side there. Again this only happens when the laptop is docked.

This doesn't happen every time I go to use the Start Menu, so it is at least usable, but it does happen half the time for me. I've gone through the issue archives a bit to see if anyone's run into this issue but this seems like such a strange anomaly of an issue that I'm not sure if anyone else has quite run into it before. Any help would be appreciated! PS: RetroBar is phenomenal :)

@dremin I can confirm this. Though I have just dual screen (no laptop) setup with right screen in portrait mode. When I click on the start button half of the times nothing happens.
