poor drawing pad (and probably touchscreen) support

if you start retrobar with a mouse plugged in, unplug it, and plug in a drawing pad then you cant interact with retrobar with the drawing pad. if you start retrobar while the drawing pad is plugged in you can interact with retrobar and if you unplug it and plug in a mouse it will work. i dont know if you can test this but itd be nice if it could be fixed
