Fullscreen modern apps don't show - Windows 11 Pro 21H2 22000.348

I have the latest RetroBar v1.5.6, when using modern apps that start in fullscreen they will not show on the taskbar. Apps remain not shown if windowed but I can get them to show up if I unfullscreen, unfocus the app and focus back on to it. image image

same here, modern/"metro"/UWP apps don't show up for me on retrobar at all. sticking to open-shell + startallback works, though the appearance is of course much less authentic
