[Feature Request] Automatically collapse systray upon moving out of focus

When "Collapse notification area icons" is enabled and the user expands the tray area, it remains expanded until manually collapsed back (or a restart). The original Windows XP behaviour is automatically collapses the tray after it loses cursor focus. It would nice and convenient if RetroBar supported this functionality.
