Feature request: Allow Quick Launch to have its own row

In the Windows 95-10 taskbar, it is possible to enlarge the taskbar to two or more rows, and resize Quick Launch to take up an entire row of its own. This allows for a large number of icons to show on the taskbar (up to 70 icons on a 1920x1080 screen) without affecting the number of taskbar buttons you have space for.

Here is an example of this, from Windows 98, though it's effectively the same in newer versions, 98 had a nice dividing line between the rows: Image
