Manually had to install dependencies

I couldn't get this running until I figured out which dependencies I needed to install, it was solved by doing the following:

gem install commander activeresource

Either add this into the instructions or somehow add it to the dependency chain.

I had the same issue, but only with activeresource.

Would be great to get this merged and a new gem deployed.

Thank you all for your attention and time on this issue. I've [finally] addressed it in my repo and have just pushed out an update to the gem: https://rubygems.org/gems/pivotal-slacker/versions/1.9.4.
