Dead links in the documentation

http://www.cs.uu.nl/wiki/GenericProgramming/SYB is referenced from multiple places in this package but sadly is a dead link nowadays.

I think it would be good to replace these links with their webarchive versions.

Explicit references to the SYB papers would make it easier to find them.

On the other hand, I have no idea how closely syb follows the papers these days.

I tried to use this library, but the README is basically empty and the links dead. Is there any kind of documentation apart from academic papers?
