Plasma Mobile image: Cellular Network Settings asks user password to view and APN passwords are not saved

Steps to reproduce

Open Settings, Cellular Network Dialog: "System Policy prevents controlling the Modem Manager" (Is this due to Polkit?) Enter user password- gives access Click on SIMx Click on Modify Access Point Names Select an APN, 'XXX' enter username/password etc

Mobile network comes up

Move out of cell range or allow phone to suspend Mobile network is down Prompt: enter the password for the APN XXX Enter it Mobile network comes up

Go to edit APN XXX in Settings as above. Find that password for APN xxx is blank

Note: for Mobile operators with a null password for their internet APN, the password is not requested. Note: Phosh variant doesn't do this

Expected behavior

Once the APN details are entered, mobile network comes up automatically using the connection details stored in NetworkManager.

Actual behavior

APN password is requested each time a Cellular Network reconnection is required due to suspend, loss of connection, etc.
