dnsmasq runs at 100% CPU

Steps to reproduce

Unsure, but seems to consistently happen every few days. This issue seems to occur in other projects as well.

Expected behavior

dnsmasq does not run at 100% cpu.

Actual behavior

dnsmasq runs at 100% cpu.

I don't think this has happened in a week, so I'm closing the issue until it comes up again. Maybe it got fixed after a system update.

Got this again. Almost certainly related to waydroid. Possibly related to getting out of wifi range, but that's just my guess.

Closing this since I haven't ran into it for a long time, possibly because I don't use waydroid much anymore, and other people don't seem to have ran into it.
