Steps to reproduce

Plug the Pinephone Pro into a standard USB port (without charging block)

Expected behavior

Phone to charge

Actual behavior

Phone says charging but discharges

Manjaro Phosh is capable at charging with low power input such as 5V/1.5 amp sources
