Fix broken link for Source Structure in README.md

Replace incorrect developers-guide with correct developer-reference.

The fix will be in the next update per https://github.com/dreamworksanimation/openmoonray/pull/16. Should this be closed? None of the other PRs have been merged. People may keep generating PRs if they do not see that this is an open, known issue.
