Disambiguate Site and Journal search from Site and Account search

Multisearch (the search feature in the strip under the nav bar on site pages and profiles) has Site and Account search, but not Site and Journal search, and unless you happen to know that they are different and which is which, it's confusing. (A user just highlighted this to my attention.)

Site and Account search performs double duty: search static site pages (like settings), and search for usernames.

Site and Journal search is hidden under the Explore menu, and searches entries from all users who have not opted out and your own journal.

Could Site and Journal search be added to the multisearch options?

Could either or both be renamed to better reflect what they are?
