小白问一下，如何启动运行起来

我在下载项目后，有好多三方依赖没有go get，如何才能运行起来项目？能否出一个教程呢？新手想学习一下。

这个这个.... 学习go modules.后(go mod tidy)

1.新建数据库deercoder-chat,导入sql 2. ./consul.sh 3.运行每个模块下../run.sh (访问http://localhost:8500, 查看各个模块运行状态) 4.......

ps: docker 模式下需要运行./devMode.sh (先修改脚本中的devMode=prod), 本地开发不需要
