support cockroachdb

We want to use df with cockroachdb. but cockroachdb needs credentials (cert and key file) to connect. there is no such option in postgresSql service.

how can we implement it?

CockroachDB has recently been added to our roadmap. We would love to hear more regarding what sort of features you desire regarding this connector!
