Upgrade project to Angular 1.6

The current version of the sdk still uses Angular 1.3 which is quite old. I believe we should upgrade it to 1.6 which has lot of awesome support like components and other fixes. Components is the feature why I believe we should upgrade this sdk, where we can show some good examples of Angular Components communicating with DF api.
