Add support for OpenJKDF2 for Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. OpenJKDF2 is a pretty stable project now (https://github.com/shinyquagsire23/OpenJKDF2), and runs Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2 better than Proton. It would be great to add support for it.

Describe the solution you'd like When I run Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2 from Steam using luxtorpeda as Steam Play compatibility layer, it can automatically select OpenJKDF2 rather than giving a long list of invalid/generalized software to run the game on (like ScummVM obviously can't run it, but luxtorpeda gives option to run the game on it).

Describe alternatives you've considered None.
