[Bug] canvas popup should be able to push content into visible area

On wzhudev/feat-filter dev branch.

Expected behavior

When the panel could not fit in the window, it should be able to be pushed into the visible area. Angular CDK's FlexibleConnectedPositionStrategy could be a good reference.

Actual behavior

Part of the panel is not visible.
