[BUG] Formula recalculation not triggering

Formula runs only once. Even If you keep on typing on same cell, =RAND(), it returns same value. You have to clear cell and type formula again, which is not ideal.

Tried following keyboard combinations, but same result.

ENTER Ctrl + ENTER Shift + ENTER Ctrl + Shift + ENTER
