@beerisgood @friadev appreciate your feedback on this layout - what is missing, should be removed, or rearranged?

I would split external programs in all categories into an own sub category "third-party" and always recommend using macOS internal solutions. example for part 3:

Browser

Safari (recommended)

Third-Party (external or be careful)

Chrome other

I also would remove external programs entirely from part 4 as external programs aren't part of macOS system applications. At least for me system applications means internal macOS applications.
