Love your blog post. I would have never taken the time to figure this out without your excellent start. I'm surprised there not more repositories like this or pull requests on this repository. But maybe you and I are the only two people on the planet with an intersection between science/engineering (love RPN and PCalc) and programming (know how to use git).
