Do you think if I disable the XHCI handoff can solve the issue? I actually have no idea what exactly does but it's seems kind off "disable" the USB 3?...

disabling XHCI handoff seems to do a improvement, but I am not sure yet. So I will update if the issue come back. If this is the issue, my theory...
