Do you think if I disable the XHCI handoff can solve the issue? I actually have no idea what exactly does but it's seems kind off "disable" the USB 3?...
disabling XHCI handoff seems to do a improvement, but I am not sure yet. So I will update if the issue come back. If this is the issue, my theory...
In fact, now it's reaching at least over 80 and even 150 (the speed that should be)
