Dedicated server as service

It would be nice for dedicated server to be launchable in system account(as a service) either by itself or via tools like NSSM or NetoSoft's Launcher Service. Currently, it doesn't stomach above well and just stops instantly on startup.

I don't know how windows services work, but if anyone who does is interested in implementing this feature, I will gladly accept the changes.
