Line Tool from end of brush stroke

Line tool should be able to be summoned with the same parameter (#1338) from the end point of the latest stroke, like in GIMP.

The default hotkey to trigger this action is "shift" in GIMP. In Drawpile the Alt is available and could accommodate this.
