Cutting and copying floating transformations. And paste new transformation.

Allow floating transformations to be deleted cut and copied. Currently you can't cut copy or delete when in the transformation tool, you need to go back to selection.

Pasting a new transformation would just be applying the transformation you're holding making a new transformation with what you've pasted.
