Brush presets: favorites

Most people will create some kind of "favorites" tag and put their favorite brushes in there. We should just make this a built-in feature by adding an implicit "♡ Favorites" tag and letting you favorite a brush via a simple toggle, instead of making you jump through those extra hoops. Favorited brushes could show a heart in the corner of their icon.

A way to easily add or remove brushes from your favorites could be to hold that brush for 3 seconds.

This makes it super convenient to adjust on the fly.

We could also do without the implicit MyPaint categories.
