[FEATURE] Switch between drag and select cursor

Should be able to drag and adjust canvas view with cursor.

There can be two modes: Select mode ( canvas will be static and elements can be interacted with) Drag mode (The canvas view can be dragged and adjusted with the cursor)

@1ilit Sir I have fixed this issue in #746 and raised a PR pls review it and merge ..and if any changes are required please tell me ..I will be happy in fixing it
