Where is the auto-saved file content? It's gone

it's saved to indexeddb not a file. what do you mean it's gone?

If autosave can back up a file to the project at the same time, there may be no misunderstanding.

i'm not sure i really understand what you mean. are you suggesting saving a the diagram to a file in the project directory?
