Added batch script to automate setup in windows.

Just clone the directory, go to directory. Write setup.bat click enter and it installs all the dependecies, requirements everything in one click. It will make users be able to use it easily.

commands: Go to cmd,

  1. git clone https://github.com/drawdb-io/drawdb/
  2. cd drawdb
  3. setup.bat

Done Use the project now
