Change theme options to dark theme switch

Simple change to a switch to dark theme instead of a menu with light and dark theme options. Note that this will affect the i18n of the project, since with this is only needed the dark_theme string to describe the menu option.

Off-topic: tomorrow I will work in updating the portuguese translation to add the new strings from db types
