Debian Package Broken - Cannot Install

I cannot install the package.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

sudo dpkg -i sysdig-inspect_latest_amd64.deb 

OS

Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan

EXPECTED RESULT

Package installs.

ACTUAL RESULT

(Reading database ... 358115 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack .../sysdig-inspect_latest_amd64.deb ...
Unpacking sysdig-inspect (0.5.0-1) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of sysdig-inspect:
 sysdig-inspect depends on libgconf2-4; however:
  Package libgconf2-4 is not installed.

OTHER

Despite installing the required package:

sudo apt-get install libgconf-2-4

You get the same actual results
