Use project for own purposes and further evolution as a separate product

I found your code here on GitHub and as far it does not contains any license agreement attached, would like to ask permission on using it for my own purposes and further evolution as a separate product. Looking forward for your feedback. Thanks!

PS: Apologize for such extravagant way of contacting, but did not find any other way to do it.

I'm totally agree for you to use Ollert as basis of your own software if you mention somewhere that source come from here.
