Error: "createPipeline: MediaPipeline: error=Error: Request has timed out"

I've got a server which is using kurento-group-call. When I start a call after the server was running idle for a few minutes the call will not and I see this error message on the console:

Error: "createPipeline: MediaPipeline: error=Error: Request has timed out"

Restarting the server fixes the error.
