Add an easier method to scrape all games for EmulationStation

One of the first things I do after installing EmuDeck (or EmulationStation) would be to scrape all the box arts and everything for all games/systems in EmulationStation.

EmuDeck could automate this step and make it much simpler, by using some alternative (and much more powerful and fast than EmulationStation's built-in scraper).

The Retropie project wraps these tools and provide good documentation about them:

So, I think EmuDeck, similarly to Retropie, could bring these tools into it, and perhaps add them to the custom install or as a tool.

Oh, and of course making these box arts/media stuff all centered in the desired installation folder (sd card, internal storage, external storage) would be great too, as it can get quite large depending on how much ROMs you have.

for the location - we do that already with Emulation/tools/downloaded_media

Skyscraper has been investigated, but we can look at it some more. I think there's a fork of it that works with ES-DE's formatting.
