Window should restore when openning a note using Obsidian URI

Given my vault is minimized in tray, when I use url to open a vault note (see https://help.obsidian.md/Concepts/Obsidian+URI) the note opens in vault but windows doesn't show up/focus. I need to click on tray icon (or use shortkey) to restore obsidian window. The note I asked to open is immediately visible.

So I expect when using url to open a note that tray plugin restore obsidian window. I don't know if there is a event to listen for open new note.
