Consider generating an rss xml file after generating site?

Sounds like a good idea! Another person mentioned this on my blog before, let me reference the discussion here: https://github.com/dragonman225/dragonman225.github.io/issues/5#issuecomment-1000091253.
My struggle with RSS was that I couldn't find a good RSS reader. By "good" I'm referring to:

  • Beautiful, uncluttered, and smooth interface
  • Fetch updates and track reading progress correctly
  • Not bloated by additional features like podcast or messaging. Just RSS.
  • Fully working without cloud or accounts → wasn't RSS designed to work in a decentralized and permissionless fashion?
  • Preferably open source

Are there any RSS readers you recommend to try? (It's ok even if they don't match all thr points I listed.)

Open source and simple. But I didn't use it heavily, it's not bad for a shallow experience.
