Links within siteMeta.description to internal pages are not transformed

I'm trying out (and loving) notablog. Thanks for this project!

I tried putting a link in the table description that becomes siteMeta.description, and found that the link isn't being transformed or transformed correctly. Instead the link just contains the full-length page id, whether or not the linked page as a url slug provided.

Note: adding a link this way is an attempting at working around not being able to designate a page as the home page, which I can see was requested and closed in #6.
