Motivation and Context

I can't reopen the closed PR, so create this new one

This is a continuation of #200, mainly because PgSQL has many very good Operators in the K8S ecosystem.

also simulated the PR lints with act in local, it success

Since this error happens on and old Helm version, should I bump a new version in lint-test.yaml ?
