feat(tests): ioredis being able to successfully run tests, make it ready to be part of CI

This commit do not include any changes in functionalities, but enable successfully running ioredis tests

1. Add scripts that allow running ioredis using docker image
2. some twinks to the docker file
3. update to the readme. Please note that since ioredis has coverage for features that we are not supporting yet, using the script to run it on the container is the safest way to currently execute these tests right now. Also as we add more features, these scripts need to be updated accordingly.
