feat(stream): add support for xclaim command

This is a draft PR to add support for xclaim command. The implementation code is somewhat ready. But as Dragonfly still doesn't support xgroup createconsumer, tests are not included in the PR. Hence there might be some more changes in the code in order to match the test results.
