您好，我使用的你的配置自己添加了@babel/plugin-syntax-dynamic-import 想在 ie8上做动态加载，但是 ie8无法兼容，查阅了一些资料以后没能真正能定位问题的资料，看 ie8的报错是 bind 方法不兼容，但是我也正常引入了require('core-js/features/function/bind') 您能帮忙看看原因吗？
