new battery status "Not charging" and nerdfont docs
now the status "Not charging" is added and considered the same as MacOS' "ACattached", since both mean that the battery is neither charging nor discharging, but power is being drawn form AC only. also, the icons are now described in the docs. my github still can't render them, but it's good to have it there for when people check it some other way.

Walkthrough
The documentation for the tmux Dracula theme's battery plugin was updated to clarify the meaning of nerdfont icons for various battery states. Additionally, the battery status script was modified to treat the "Not charging" and "Notcharging" states the same as "ACattached," displaying the same icon for all three conditions.
Changes
| File(s) | Change Summary |
|---|---|
| docs/CONFIG.md | Enhanced documentation with detailed explanations of nerdfont icons for different battery statuses. |
