Flashes white on start and on reopening after minimizing
Whole screen flashes white for a fraction of a second before showing the dark theme. Is there a way to make the app start in dark before the UI loads? Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of having a dark theme, as eyes are already blind.
Also, can the menu bar be black as well? Just like how the native menu bar looks like in dark mode.

Can you provide a screencast? This is when I open the qbittorrent by systemtray or even starting it before it's minimized, It never flashes white and the app is always dark themed. The theme on my system:

This is likely specific to Windows version of qBittorrent and doesn't seem like a theme issue, but rather application itself.

Thank you @lainverse for clearing the issue, Maybe this might be fixed with the dark theme on windows? As you mentioned it's not a theme issue, but OP might have something else on mind and this issue will be open for a quite some time until they close it or respond.

Unfortunately not. I've looked for dark theme for qB exactly because I'm using dark theme.

Workaround: don't ever minimize Qbittorrent Sadly this is a application rendering thing...
This problem on windows is exactly as I stated. This problem exists because the app is non-native. It opens a white canvas and before the rendering engine is active.
Added documentation for this issue on INSTALL.md
Reopen the issue if necessary.
Troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows
In Windows, qBittorrent application flashes white when reopens after being minimized, and also the title bar isn't light themed. This problem exists because the app is non-native. It opens a white canvas and before the rendering engine is active.
In order to fix this issue:
Method 1. Change "Title bars and window borders" on Windows 10 Color Setting
Method 2. Use the Registry key on Windows 10, click here. (Successful on Windows 11)
Method 3. Use the MicaForEveryone (Windows 11 only)
