[BUG] stick and shade window buttons in XFCE are not themed

Describe the bug XFCE can have two more buttons in the title bar in addition to minimize, maximize and close namely stick and shade. Those two are currently not themed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Application Menu, Settings, Window Manager
  2. In the Style tab add shade and stick in the "Button layout"
  3. See error stick - shade

Expected behavior nice and colourful buttons with an on/off and mouseover state
